VA confirmations

From: David Welker (gdavw@mac.com) | Date: 2002-09-22 09:05:28 UTC-04:00
Biki, the cat woman, and I took a bit of a hike yesterday.

The following boxes are all where they are supposed to be and in great
shape.

Ladybug's scrabble mystery box

The doctor is in the park

Heard any good Lawyer jokes lately?

The Indian got it

De Dolores

and Jolly G Man's "Be Prepared"

And they are not kidding about the 5 mile hike. Start this one before 4:00
in the afternoon! It was dark when we got out.

We also ran into Celtic Pride on the trail and got our first X! That was
just too much fun! We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude for
the bottle of water that Celtic Pride was gracious enough to give to a
woefully unprepared family. The letterboxing world is full of the best
folks!

Keep on Boxing! Healwar, Biki, and the Cat Woman

Myself not being a scrabble player, what is needed to solve the clues to
ladybug's box? Is it set up like a 4 player game? should the letters be
placed on a scrabble board?

Hmm. At the risk of giving away too much of Ladybugs
mystery....By looking at the letters you should be able to figure
out which letters were placed on the board. Yes, putting the tiles
on the board would help. Though we (the cat woman and I)
didn't do it that way. The cat woman is the one who really helped
here, she has a remarkable facility with letters. I have probably
twice the vocabulary, but she can see how mixed up letters make
words. She STOMPS me in scrabble. We stopped playing
scrabble together years ago, my ego couldn't take it. :-)
